Music Theatre Now is proud to unveil the selected participants of the 2025–26 Creators Connection Programme (CCP), an initiative designed to support, connect, and amplify the voices of emerging music theatre makers across the globe.

This year’s cohort brings together a diverse and exciting group of early-career composers and stage directors whose work pushes boundaries, challenges conventions, and redefines what music theatre can be today. Through a year-long programme of live encounters, international festival participation, tailored workshops, and collaborative reflection, the CCP offers them an  opportunity to grow artistically and professionally on a global stage.

Under the guidance of MTNow and an international network of partner organisations, participants will attend major music theatre events in Rotterdam, Copenhagen, Berlin, and beyond, engaging in dialogue, developing new skills, and building lasting connections within the field.

As the journey culminates in May 2026 with a collective ‘State of the Arts’ presentation at O. Festival in Rotterdam, the cohort will reflect on their artistic growth and offer a unique perspective on the evolving landscape of contemporary music theatre.
